Please Note: All sales of chain sold by the foot are final and not eligible for return or refund. Please measure carefully before placing your order.
We accept returns and issue refunds only if an item arrives defective or damaged. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the processing or shipping stage. Once an order has been processed or shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
