Shipping Methods & Times

We currently offer shipping within the United States through the following carriers and services:

For international orders, we offer shipping via UPS International. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.


Order Processing Time

All orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. If there are any unexpected delays beyond this timeframe, we will notify you promptly.


Delivery Timeframes & Carrier Delays

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination. Please note that delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, holidays, or operational delays.

If you require delivery by a specific date, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout. However, even expedited services may be subject to carrier-related delays beyond our control.


Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the shipment is considered complete. Rocky Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If signature confirmation is required, customers may contact us after placing their order at hello@rockyjewelry.com, and we can add signature confirmation for the additional carrier cost.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, package weight, and dimensions. All shipping rates are provided directly by the carrier to ensure accurate and current pricing.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor shipment progress and view delivery updates.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping via UPS International to select countries.
